Wage: $23 per hour

SCHEDULE: MON-FRI: 1:30PM-10:00PM/FINISH, Rotating Saturdays

Hollandia Dairy is seeking active or past Product Control Workers interested in applying for the Product Control Lead – position.

The current days/hours for this position are MON-FRI: 1:30PM-10:00PM/FINISH, Rotating Saturdays, and may fluctuate based on the needs of the department.

Qualifications being sought include:

• The ability to learn the daily operations of the department, assisting the foremen/supervisor for proper coverage.
• The ability to receive and organize products for refrigerated storage
• Effective quality-control screening
• Email/Scan documentation as needed
• Communicate with other departments as needed
• Check loadsheet orders for accuracy or omissions before product loads
• Mastery of all departmental equipment
• The ability to train current and new employees
• Move trucks (Class A/B permit & experience preferred)
• Fill in for department Foreman and/or Supervisor when needed
• Familiar with inventory and S.Q.F. procedures and paperwork documentation.
• Other duties as needed

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to cold, wet and/or humid conditions and; moving mechanical parts.
